This basement in Bourne suffered sewage damage from a neighboring apartment’s sewage blockage being cleared out with a high pressure water cleanout, only to end up over flowing into this apartment’s toilet and tub and onto the floor. After coming in the Spring, the owners discovered the whole basement completely contaminated with poo and mold. We came in after a professional decontamination company cleared the basement as well as the drywall 4 ft up from the floor and removed the kitchen cabinets.
We replaced all the missing drywall, trim, doors and kitchen as well as installing wall paper in the bathroom and kitchen, and finally repainted the walls.
