Here are some recent before and after photos of deck and porch refurbishments.
Concord MA. Complete refurbishment.
1. Replaced all screens of screened in porch. 2. Replaced all rotten deck boards. 3. Sanded deck boards and re-stained. 4. Repaired rot in columns, rails, etc and repainted. 5. Rebuilt deck and stairways and installed foundation where there was none before. 6. Repaired and rehing screen doors. 6. Restored and varnished wood paneling in porch ceiling.
Sandwich MA. New Deck with Submerged Hot Tub.
1. Removed window and installed French patio Doors. 2. Removed cast iron baseboard heater wich was in the way of the French doors, and installed cost iron radiator. 3. Used existing shingles to fill in old window space to keep the appearance the same. 4. Installed Hot Tub on gravel bedding and installed outlet to power the unit. 5. Relocated wiring of outlet where French Doors would be located and installed light switch and exterior wall sconces. 6. Built deck and rails and used wire railing in place of rails and balustrades. 6. Stained deck with solid color deck stain. 7. Installed lattice below deck. 8. Painted existing and new trim work to match.
