This was a total renovation, including new siding, new wiring, stripping all internal walls down to sheathing, new insulation, new plumbing and remodeling the existing bathrooms and expanding the kitchen from a small tight kitchen to an open plan kitchen/dining area. We installed a supporting steel beam supported with glue lam posts. As well as a complete renovation of existing structure we also added an extension which included a large master bedroom and master bathroom.
We also revamped the deck with composite deck boards and added a wire railing system, and turned the very dank and dingy basement into dry livable space.
